Welcome to Earthsong Goods LLC! We are a family-owned and operated business based on the Southside of Indianapolis, dedicated to hand-pouring premium soy wax candles that honor our planet and our community.

Our company is founded on a deep love for creativity, our city, and the state of Indiana. Every candle we make reflects our commitment to artistic expression and sustainable living.

 

Meet Our Family

Emily Scifres, CEO & Inspiration
Emily is the heart and driving force behind our candle business. A lifelong Indy Southsider, she has spent her life pursuing and celebrating the musical arts and theater. She brings that same vibrant, expressive energy to leading Earthsong Goods. Emily is a proud graduate of Purdue University Fort Wayne.

Kristin Scifres, Creative Director
Kristin shapes the visual identity and artistic soul of our brand. She holds a Fine Arts degree from the Herron School of Art and Design, alongside a Master’s in Art Therapy from the University of Louisville. When she isn't designing for Earthsong Goods, Kristin shares her passion for creativity as a long-time elementary art teacher in Perry Township.

John Scifres, CFO & Head Candle Pourer
John ensures our business runs smoothly and sustainably. With an undergraduate degree from IU Indianapolis and a Master’s in Environmental Science from the University of Louisville, John spent years working in the sustainability sector. Today, he channels that expertise directly into our production process, keeping our operations eco-friendly.

 

Connected by Roots and Purpose

John and Kristin are both born-and-raised Southsiders and proud 1985 graduates of Roncalli High School. Our deep roots in this community inspire everything we do. We are incredibly proud of our part of the city, and we look forward to sharing its warmth and character with you through our products.
